Booked a move from Cotulla, TX to Corpus Christi, TX. Alexa Anthony quoted me $1,100 for both a 26 foot truck and 2 movers ($139 per hour). Moving day was this past Monday, August the 2nd. They broke the glass of cherished antique curio cabinet. They movers lied to me about the room on the truck resulting in 1/4 of our belongings were left in Cotulla. If I could make this NEGATIVE STARS I would. But I’m forced to give them one just to write this review about how terrible they were. We scheduled our move date over three months ago and CONFIRMED NUMEROUS times for the date and time. June 26th we waited and waited for the movers to show up. 9am rolls around and no call no movers. This is the first hiring someone to move me. They were horrible. They were 4 hours late and by the time they arrived it was already dark. They didn't know what they were doing. It took them forever to figure how to take the furniture and washer and dryer out of the house. There were 3 guys. One guy just stood around while the other 2 worked. The three movers were not wearing masks during the entire move after I was told they would be prior to the move. Raul broke my wife’s lamp during the move, he apologized and took pics for the claim but nothing has been done about the broken lamp since we moved in April. The dolly that the other two young gentleman were using scratched/gashed our brand new apartment floor as they were unloading. SCAM!!!! Check BBB..They get your stuff on their truck then charge you extremely high price not the price agree on mine was suppose to be $139.00 to move me 8 doors down, everything was packed and outside to be loaded they came had me signed computer stuff, my account was charged after they got all my Office stuff on their truck which wasn't even 1 bedroom worth of things but the important documents and computer system on the truck was worth over 10 grand, my account was charge $1,989. then after charging me they didn't want... read more

Help yourself and don't hire them. They are the worst and most expensive with their fees.
The quote that we were given Was very reasonable at the time. We put down a deposit and were informed that this deposit would be applied to fee of the move like gas and materials. The morning of the move they were late, and when they came the guys were very professional and kind but they stated that there we fees associated 16% for gas and another percentage for materials we called the office and talked to Amanda and she confirmed that these fees were paid for with the deposit. I booked a move and I expressed to the representative that I wanted a early morning move however they took my deposit and never called to confirm the move, I had to call them several time and finally someone got back with me and told me they couldn’t come in the morning! I DO NOT recommend this company!
Horrible job, horrible customer service. Do not recommend.
