My husband and I used this company recently for a ONE MILE move from a two bed apartment to a duplex. When I set up the move I was told $129 Hour that's it , plus fuel . 3 weeks out . than 24 hr before the move they sent me a email to sign with all the other stuff they plan to charge you.....leaving us know real way to back out. these are some of there tactics. Biggest rip off ..watch out 2 hour minimum ends up being 3 hours because they charge you a hour for their "travel" time when it definitely doesn't take that long to get around town..you put a deposit (150)thinking that gets deducted from the 2 hour minimum(342) & that will be your final bill total but they decide they should charge another 159 dollars for "travel"...total bill for actually less than 2 hours of work ended up being $502 for a simple move of one item from home to a storage unit not even 4 miles from house..Al... read more

They came for a quote and three business days later I was still waiting to receive it after being told twice that it had been sent or would be sent within the hour. I was finally told by Nate the Operations Manager that quote was not yet completed but he roughed it out with their hourly rate. I then tried to schedule the move but was met with the requirement that someone be home although the move is just the items in our garage. Horrible Customer Service, Basically STOLE My Money I contacted All My Sons Moving & Storage on MARCH 15th when I needed to move some furniture and made my reservation and paid $100 over the phone. I received a confirmation email at 1:47 PM. A few minutes after making the reservation, a coworker with a truck and trailer informed me he would be happy to take care of that move for me so I called All My Sons back to cancel. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever had! Scheduled my move a week ago. I'm ready to go when I find out by calling that one crew did not show up. The manager was a complete jerk! His answer was I can just refund the money....So how about tomorrow? No can't that would start a domino effect!! Really you jerk! So now I am left to get a last minute crew!! If you want a company that's constantly canceling on you, hire this company but if you want a company that's reliable and professional, DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. If I could rate lower, I would. My 82 year old grandpa needed help moving out of a one bedroom apartment, so we called this company 9/2/17 and they rapidly offered their service by agreeing to move them on 9/9/17. Horrible experience. First they did not show up when they were supposed to. Then they called to tell me they had just "Woken up". When they arrived it was one male, his wife and his father. They were extremely slow, Took all day to load furniture from garage and a couple of beds in house. On top of that they damaged furniture and new house without saying anything to me about it. There is so much to say but to just describe the gist of what transpired, here goes. I was quoted a price of $2340 plus packing materials which amounted to $184 per their finalized document. Thus leaving a total of $2524 to move and pack basically a 2 bedroom apartment from Corpus Christi to San Antonio. They did not have to move any appliances, any beds or televisions. A modest apartment for an 85 and 86 year old. The packing was poorly completed and they even ran out of boxes. Did not even come prepared with wardrobe boxes... read more

They were nice and professional. A day after they moved us I noticed my tv had been damaged. I waited almost a week for them to tell me there was no way they could prove they had damaged it and I should have called sooner to inform them. Don't let this company fool you they're only nice until they receive your payment then after that you're on your own even when you're told by the owner that they provide coverage for your items should anything happen during the move.
