I don't even want to give them a star..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The company will rip you off at every chance they can. They charge you for the fuel in the truck, will quote one price and then the bill will be double. They don't provide an itemized list of material, just an amount that you have to pay. They only provide 60 cents per pound for damaged items. So if they destroy your TV that weights 60 lbs, like most flat panel TV's, you get 36 dollars....... This company was great until the new owner came along. They ripped me off so bad. Once they had my stuff they held it hostage and said it would cost $13,000 to move it to California and it was 1 bedroom. They wouldn't let another mover come get it either. Horrible company. Also when my boyfriend drove all the way down there it was in a crappy place without air conditioning and rat poop in my plastic tubs because the lids were not closed

I moved a dozen times and this was the worst moving company I've ever experienced. I was told it would take one day to pack and the next day to load and clean up. It took a six days get half my items to their destination, and two more days to get the rest. They were usually late starting and had to make two separate 8 hour trips because the truck was too small. It is hard for me to imagine a worse cross town moving experience. This move was scheduled nearly a month in advance and done during the day on a Monday - figuring as an off day it would minimize the likelihood of problems. I scheduled an afternoon move. I was told I would get a call by 11 to let me know a time once they had an update from their morning move. At 1130 I had to call them and they told me they would call me in an hour with an update. Sasha of Corpus Christi, TX on July 8, 2015 Day of move they were scheduled to be here no later than 9am. Guy calls and says they are running late and doesn't know how late but he will call me back as soon as he knows something. I end up calling them back after over an hour of waiting for them to call me. He tells me he still doesn't know how long but hopefully by 11am. A "scheduled" move is for a reason!! I would love to give this place no stars at all. The people on the phone where nice but the movers they sent where unprofessional. The guy that had me fill out the paperwork kept accusing me of being high or buzzed! That was the first thing he said to me when he opened the door. And told me that I didn't look ready to move today so we should reschedule. Keep in mind I skipped class so I could be able to move everything into my new unit. I called and scheduled the service a couple weeks in advance, and only to get to the day in which we were moving and the moving guys showed up about 1 1/2 hour late. I was told by 3 different people that "they just left". One gentlemen even gave me all the excuses as to why they were late. Once they showed up the movers were 1 man short (not a problem) since they said they could handle the job, and weren't sure why the office said we needed 3. If there were "zero" stars available this company would have gotten it from our experience with them last week! We scheduled a move for my disabled sister-in-law 2 weeks in advance, and this company was 7 hours late. We all live in San Antonio so we had made a special trip to get her packed, moved and unpacked. Because of their unprofessional handling of our case, we had to call in church friends to get her unpacked because we all had to get back home Tuesday evening.
