Two of the guys were awesome, third guy I caught trying to steal money out of my wallet. Sad part was the money was for him anyway, like I said the driver and his brother were amazing I would recommend them to anyone, but second helper tried to steal and kind of makes me uneasy to ever use them again. Hopefully their management takes care of this for future customers.
I haven't even used them all I did was ask for a quote which was a $1,000. I told the gentleman on the phone I'd have to talk to my husband about the quote. Instead of saying a problem he went on to ask me since I need to ask my husband what would make him say yes. I told him again I'd discuss it with my husband. Very poor experience with this company. Not only did they damage several pieces of furnature but they damaged several walls and they scratched up my new floors that were installed 2 days prior!!! The refrigerator also has a large scratch across the front! When I made comments to the supervisor about the floors, he blatantly ignored me. First of all let me just put this out there, we are easy going people and don't demand or expect much, but if you're paying a hefty chunk of money for a service? It better be done correctly, right?! We had the most HORRIBLE experience with All My Sons. •They showed up 2hrs late •2 of the 3 moving guys were fresh on the job for the 1st day forcing the seasoned employee to be overworked •they didn't show up with the 2nd truck: we had a 5 bedroom house.
