VIP's online uploads of documents was very easy. We only had to sign papers in person once (masked and outside on our front patio), which was especially appreciated during the constraints and concerns of the COVID-19 pandemic. We would not hesitate to recommend Allen and VIP Mortgage to our friends and family.
