In the refi or new loan process, there's so much that happens behind the scenes and gaps of time that make no sense to the borrower. Being self employed in the COVID year, my refi was challenging. Communication is a must and Allen was great with quick return calls, explanations that made sense and getting it across the finish line. I recommend Allen and his team 100%. Thanks Allen!
