Allen closed a loan in 17 business days. Escrow opened on November 16th, Loan documents delivered December 10th, closed December 11. and we experienced a few bumps along the way. Thanksgiving holiday. A rapid rescore. A low appraisal which required two or three days of negotiations that were unexpected. The busiest November on record. And he still pulled it off like the pro.
