This was my first home purchase, and I have to say it was one of the easiest things I've ever done, because of Allen and his team. Allen exxplained every step and ensured that I was comfortable with every detail before moving forward. He is so knowledgeable and answered questions I didn't even realize I had. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend Allen and the whole team at V.I.P. mortgage!!!

I only have superlatives for Allen and his associates as they guided me through buying my first home. Always attentive and helpful and excellent communication made the process fluid and stress free. They said they would close by a certain date and they kept their promise. Great experience and highly recommended.

VIP Mortgage and Allen Fredrickson are awesome. We had quite a few challenges in order to qualify and get the home loan to work but Allen and VIP Mortgage were able to come up with some Magical ideas to get the loan to get approved. We are very Happy with Allen and VIP Mortgage for that and to add to it he was very responsive and timely on everything, because of that we were able to close early on our Home!

Allen and his team, including Daniel and Colette, did an exceptional job for me by completing my loan on time. The previous lender I was working with could not get it done due to our self employment. I don't praise people for doing their job but Allen went way beyond in completing a complex loan as promised. Highly recommended. Jon M.

Kudos to Allen from VIP Mortgage! He was always professional, communicating with us, helping solve problems, and treating us like family. I appreciate the fact that he didn't talk down to us. The mortgage process is not an easy one, but with his help, we managed through it very well! I would highly recommend Allen!

My experience with Allen Fredrickson and the VIP Mortgage Team was amazing - very efficient and responsive. I was scared when I started this process as I had never purchased a home by myself!
