My daughter Brianna Steed was hit in the parking lot of Lee memorial yesterday. As I was FaceTimeing her we were arranging a tow with roadside assistance. Safety officer was good with it, cops unaware. Your driver showed up. She explained her apartment was a block away and she could have it towed there herself. Driver then said they would do it. Does not stand behind there work. I would not recommend them towing something you care about. Beware. Driver was unprepared and uneducated on how to remove an axle. Had to cut my wheel cover off due to not having the correct tools then covers my axle with cardboard again due to not having correct equiptment. Main thing I was upset about is the fact that they drove my axle nuts so far in with the cardboard they stripped them. $2000 tow and they can’t pay for $100 worth of studs that they messed up pretty sad.
