Horrible experience. As a woman of color I was cursed out for No reason and told to get off the property. I was told by one of the staff that this isn’t the first . I left there in tears and fearful. I will NEVER USE them again and the city of ft Myers should not renew a contract with this company

BBB needs to shut this company down! scam artists! Worst towing company I've ever had to deal with. People are rude, service is terrible and they treat people like crap. Getting your vehicle from them is a huge process and pain in the rear. Scum of the earth working there and dealing with people.
Fuck this inbreed hillbilly place they call a tow company they are rude as hell everyone that works there gives you different information so they can steal your money no one should have to suffer dealing with this place oh and not to mention they damage cars
person behind glass enclosure had people waiting while she took phone calls i guess she didn't know where the hold button was and i had to wait 11 hours for my car to be delivered 9 pm from 10 am very unreliable and no compassion just interested in the money
These guys are criminals and thieves. Hope your prepared for a major lawsuit and the arrest of one of your driver's, who, quite honestly, is lucky he didn't get himself shot.
I do not recommend, they scratched my moms car and is refusing to help
They damaged my car with scratches all on passenger door. First they said over the phone that they have pictures thier drivers take before the load up and it shows these scratches were already there. I asked if I could see these pictures and was promptly told no. I asked why and they didnt answer me. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. Their staff is incredibly RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. They speak to customers like absolute trash especially Cherie. Do not use them to tow your vehicle because they will tell you a price over the phone and then up charge you when you arrive.
Absolutely THE WORSTE SERVICE! Would highly recommend never using this towing service. Service was provided due to not having it covered under are insurance. FMPD said this is the company they use always. We waited 3 hours and 37 minutes before the person walked out from the building to assist us with are vehicle. Before this we contacted the dispatch to ensure we had proper information before arriving to get are vehicle.
