So yesterday August 31 I left my trailer at the Pilot located at exit 139 off of I 75 in Fort Myers like I have done dozens and dozens of times before after having asked management if it would be OK to leave it for a couple three hours while I went and did whatever, and was told like always yeah sure that’s not a problem. Horrible experience. As a woman of color I was cursed out for No reason and told to get off the property. I was told by one of the staff that this isn’t the first . I left there in tears and fearful. I will NEVER USE them again and the city of ft Myers should not renew a contract with this company

BBB needs to shut this company down! scam artists! Worst towing company I've ever had to deal with. People are rude, service is terrible and they treat people like crap. Getting your vehicle from them is a huge process and pain in the rear. Scum of the earth working there and dealing with people.
Fuck this inbreed hillbilly place they call a tow company they are rude as hell everyone that works there gives you different information so they can steal your money no one should have to suffer dealing with this place oh and not to mention they damage cars
person behind glass enclosure had people waiting while she took phone calls i guess she didn't know where the hold button was and i had to wait 11 hours for my car to be delivered 9 pm from 10 am very unreliable and no compassion just interested in the money
These guys are criminals and thieves. Hope your prepared for a major lawsuit and the arrest of one of your driver's, who, quite honestly, is lucky he didn't get himself shot.
