Who tells a 10 yr old child that if they don't stop crying (no sounds being made, just tears) that they are going to be escorted out and have to go to a place where it will cost a lot more to have the same procedure done? Really? How insensitive! This was a child!!!

I had to wait a really long time to be seen, and then the 2 ladies attending to me had to leave the room, and I waited yet another long time.
The dental hyginist that cleaned my teeth was great. I had asked that someone look at two teeth that I had a question about. A dentist comes in and peeks in my mouth, never introduces himself and never answers my questions. However, he had some ideas on three other teeth! This is the second different dentist that has looked at me in the four visits I've been there. I had a difficult time understanding what the dentist was saying and so did the assistant. Dr. Seif always appears very rushed. He doesn't have good people skills, and is very rough with his patients. He would be much better if he would go slower, talk to his patients, and be more gentle. I have had several dentists in the past and he was by far the worst. I don't feel like he is aware of how harsh he is - with his words and his treatment.
I think I was misdiagnosed
Service provided to me was good, however, I was dissapointed to find I had a balance on Xrays that my daughter had. I was never told that I would have to pay for these and that my insurance would only cover 1 set of x-rays per year. When I brought my daughter over to this office they asked if she was seeing another dentist and didn't give me that information that if xrays had already been taken, that I would have to pay for this set? It's difficult to rate this for me. The actual visit that day was ok. BUT, the information Dr. Belkin gave me that Dr, Saiid did NOT, and Dr. Belkin should have gone over with me also, was that I probably would have been better off not having two crowns, but only one. I had my two back teeth on the bottom back of my mouth crowned. I first saw Dr. Said about them in January 2013, then had the crowns done in December and January. Came in for a cleaning and 2 hours later got a $1600 quote and didn't even get my teeth cleaned.
