Was not told that Tiffany was not going to be doing my cleaning. Hygienist that did my cleaning did not give me options for fluoride or cleaning paste. Was not a happy camper!!!!!
Did not care for new hygienist too rough. Left suction hanging in mouth. Did not floss. I drive all the way from Benbrook and have been pt since trailer times but with loss of Tiffany problably will get new dentist

I DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING DONE. I WENT IN AT THE RIGHT TIME, AND THE ASSISTANT TOOK MY BLOOD PRESSURE WITH A WRIST CUFF; IT WAS A BIT HIGH 165/92, SO SHE TOOK AGAIN, AND GOT 172/106. SHE SAID THAT WAS HIGH, SO SHE WENT AND GOT A INFLATION CUFF. SHE TOOK IT AGAIN, AND GOT 181/106. SHE WENT AND TOLD SOMEBODY ELSE, AND CAME BACK AND TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED SOME OXYGEN FOR A FEW MINUTES. SO, I GOT A NOSE MASK, AND SHE TOLD ME TO BREATHE AS I NORMALLY WOULD, FOR 5 MINUTES. Daughter had appt for cleaning and we the parents could not go with her. She is old enough to drive herself to the dentist, but not old enough to see the hygienist by herself. I in the hospital!!!

I had excellent service and all seemed very caring . I had a good experience . I would rate you at a 5 star rating
It was our first visit there. We have had the same dentist for over 4 years. However, when I took my daughter in last week, they told me they did not take my insurance anymore. My daughter needed a procedure done so I was looking quickly for a dentist. On the day of the visit, Alsbury Dental was having computer issues. However, they apologized repeatedly and thanked me for being patient. My old dentist said they would said my daughter's X-rays over but they didn't. Alsbury Dental had to make new ones but didn't charge me.
From the front desk to the dentist all personnel seemed knowledgeable about their business. My dental hygenist, Kim, thoroughly cleaned my teeth and she did not hurry. When I asked about two dental procedures she explained them verbally and viusally. Then the dentist examined my mouth as well as my throat and glands.
