Travis at Americare has provided exceptional service for my family for the past three years. We started off with an overwhelming ant problem and Travis took great care of us! He is always on time, calls before he comes and is proficient and goes above and beyond to help each time he is there. His conversation is always pleasant and he stays current with my family and what we have going on. The personal touch is nice. I would recommend Travis and Americare any and every time someone asks.

Americare has been servicing our home for many years with excellent service. Our technician was Steve Craker who was outstanding and continued until our move to a condo. Now Allen Ashley is servicing us. The same attention to care is noticed. We recommend Ameri Care to anyone who can use their services. It's a pleasure to still deal with a company that understand what "service" is. It is much appreciated.

I’ve recently started using Ameri Care for all my termite service needs and couldn’t be happier! I also like that this company is family owned and operated and truly care about me as their customer.
When my annual service was due, there was a problem with lost refrigerant in dehumidifier. Because of previous excellent service performed by Logan, I did request that he perform our current service need. True to form he performed our service efficiently, including taking immediate action on replacing the defective dehumidifier. The good service record of Basement Systems was well served today by Logan.
The Americare manager-Evan went above and beyond the scope of service to make the crawl space encapsulation done last year right after the service inspection was done this year! Evan stayed on top of the service maintenance agreement needs for improvements! I would never expect the manager to be the one in my crawl space for over 12 hours on a Friday night, but Evan did!
