Jeffrey Lamb of Ameri Care Services recently performed an annual Termite Inspection at my home. He was very thorough and provided me a detailed written and, more important, verbal report. Jeffrey also answered all my questions and suggested simple precautionary steps I can take between inspections in regard to termites. Ameri Care had performed a preventive termite treatment a few years ago and the Annual Inspections ensure that no Termites have "sneaked" passed the treatment.
