Upon receipt of my renewed liability insurance I noticed I was inadvertently charged for multiple policy coverage when I had only requested one additional policy. I contacted the office via phone and was given clear instructions to request the correction and recieve a refund. I followed the instruction and got a response back with a few hours. Excellent customer service! Thank you.
