Great as always but i wasnt notified that i sent in wrong form. I had to call and check to see status.
You were able to give me at least half of what I was asking for. It really does help in this hard times. Heather was very nice and professional.
Upon receipt of my renewed liability insurance I noticed I was inadvertently charged for multiple policy coverage when I had only requested one additional policy. I contacted the office via phone and was given clear instructions to request the correction and recieve a refund. I followed the instruction and got a response back with a few hours. Excellent customer service! Thank you.
