Efficient and quick
I thought was going to be easy to renew my liability with you, you already had my information from last year and still had to fill out forms. The staff there is very helpful and curtious to me, but still was difficult. You should have to just sign to renew.

Great customer service
I don't know really, I've never had to use the insurance, I just sign up for it every year. I really really wish there was a way to sign up and pay online. This year I tried faxing first, waited for a reply, didn't get one, so a couple weeks later I sent in the snail mail. (The fax issue was on our end but I didn't know that). But your reply came speedily through email and the document you send through email is easy to attach to one-health-port. So thank you for prompt professional services.
