Bill has refinanced my home, not once but twice. Brad and his team made everything so smooth and easy going. He was always transparent and willing to work hard for us! He made sense of the "big" words in the daunting loan documents, made it easy on us with 2 little babies by doing things electronically and sending people to us for signing.
