Bill was great. Not only is he pleasant and knowledgeable, he is also very persistent when it comes to helping his clients. He found a way for me, recently self employed, to qualify for a mortgage (which turned out to be quite a challenge)! I had never had issues qualifying before but my income as a newly self employed professional didn't have the history for most mortgage companies to back me. Bill found one and helped make it happen. Mike Bon and his team were very professional. Very efficient quick responses a pleasure to work with great attitude was reliable all the time and worked after hours to help us. Would recommend to anybody. I went through 2 different loan officers and an two different real estate agents before finding Mike bon and Carleen La Casse (redfin agent) great people who cared about us and are goal. Brad was absolutely fantastic to work with. He walked my wife and me through everything we needed every step of the way, offered us multiple options for financing and had great advice. He went above and beyond to get our financing documents in order when we had some really fast paced offers go out. He put us at the top of his priorities and it showed.
