We tried to refinance our home using the bank that held our original mortgage. The loan officer said "no problem, we can do...." After almost 2 months of running around we were told that he was wrong and that what he had suggested wouldn't work. I called Brad (he answered the phone when he was on vacation) and after listening to what we wanted to do he asked us for some documents.
