We had this company decommission a well on our property and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication was clear, the work was done professionally, and everything was handled properly and efficiently. They showed up when they said they would and left the site clean. Id definitely recommend them to anyone needing well decommissioning done right.

Excellent customer service, I had an emergency well issue and they were able to free up a tech to respond and fix the issue same day. **** did an awesome job, and their customer service and communications is top notch. Would highly recommend. Thank you American Pump & Drilling!

We suddenly found ourselves with water over the weekend. We were desperate. **** and his team on Saturday were already researching the issue and were out first thing on Monday. **** and his team quickly went to work and diagnosed the problem which **** was major. He took the whole thing apart and figured out what the problem was and gave me good instructions on how to change the filter. He even left us an extra filter. They came out quickly a few days before Christmas. They were professional. Their pricing was clear and seemed reasonable. Sent pictures of work since we were not on site. Communicated quickly. I very much appreciate them.
