The company services our filtration system 3 times a year. They are always on time. The technician is very personable and their prices are reasonable.
I met ***** out at a property for a client of mine to test the water and discuss filtration systems. His knowledge was obvious from the start of our conversation and expertise was extensive and valuable. Thank you ***** for providing great customer service, and I look forward to referring more clients to you in the future. American Pump and Drill replaced our water softener system and installed a reverse osmosis water filter in our kitchen. Their work was top notch. ***** came and gave us an estimate within a few days of our initial phone call. ***** and **** did the installation which is a work of art. ***** came out after the install to make sure everything was working properly. Great customer service. The bid came in higher than other contractors, but their product and service was worth every *****.

We had this company decommission a well on our property and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication was clear, the work was done professionally, and everything was handled properly and efficiently. They showed up when they said they would and left the site clean. Id definitely recommend them to anyone needing well decommissioning done right.

Excellent customer service, I had an emergency well issue and they were able to free up a tech to respond and fix the issue same day. **** did an awesome job, and their customer service and communications is top notch. Would highly recommend. Thank you American Pump & Drilling!

We suddenly found ourselves with water over the weekend. We were desperate. **** and his team on Saturday were already researching the issue and were out first thing on Monday. **** and his team quickly went to work and diagnosed the problem which **** was major. Their service person, ***, was exceptionally nice, very competent and did a great job maintaining our water softener/filter. He took the whole thing apart and figured out what the problem was and gave me good instructions on how to change the filter. He even left us an extra filter.
