Impressive! Received reminders of appointment via email and text, and on the day of the appointment, the technician called with a request to show up ahead of schedule, which worked out just fine. The technician gave a thorough description of the tasks to complete and provided detailed explanation and answers to any questions I had. A highly competent technician with the heart of a teacher. We're glad to have American ***** care for our well system!

I hired American Pump and Drilling to perform maintenance on a filtering system attached to my Well. This system hadn't had maintenance for several years. ***, the technician, pulled the filtering system apart and it was kind of a mess. He cleaned it out, flushed it multiple times, replaced a needed part and recharged it. I know he did a quality job and didn't take shortcuts at the cost of sacrificing quality. Great service. Several months after annual servicing, the ultra-violet light unit malfunctioned. They dispatched a service call for the next day. Determined that the bulb and sleeve were defective and replaced them at no charge. Joe is very knowledgeable and provides excellent, expert service with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone needed service of their water filtration system.
We are a medium sized water system and American Pump is our go-to when we have pump/water delivery issues. They are knowledgeable, thorough, professional and ethical. Their staff knows what theyre doing and are polite and communicate well for those of us with vastly less knowledge. We will continue to use them in times of need. *********************
They provide good service, quick, and are helpful. What they fail to disclose is that there is an automatic $300 service charge for any call regardless of the length of time it takes to diagnose and resolve. Makes me hesitant to call for help in the future because the 10 minutes the technician spent in my house came with a surprise $300 bill.
