Great service. Several months after annual servicing, the ultra-violet light unit malfunctioned. They dispatched a service call for the next day. Determined that the bulb and sleeve were defective and replaced them at no charge. Joe is very knowledgeable and provides excellent, expert service with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone needed service of their water filtration system.
We are a medium sized water system and American Pump is our go-to when we have pump/water delivery issues. They are knowledgeable, thorough, professional and ethical. Their staff knows what theyre doing and are polite and communicate well for those of us with vastly less knowledge. We will continue to use them in times of need. *********************
They provide good service, quick, and are helpful. What they fail to disclose is that there is an automatic $300 service charge for any call regardless of the length of time it takes to diagnose and resolve. Makes me hesitant to call for help in the future because the 10 minutes the technician spent in my house came with a surprise $300 bill. We were not getting enough water to take a shower and we were so relieved when they came out the same day we called. They brought 2 trucks, 3 guys and all the parts they needed to fix the problem. Lucky for us, it only needed a few small parts and they had it working normally in an hour. They explained how our system works which will help us keep it in good shape. We cannot say enough good things about this company.
