Ordered my 20 X 30 barn 1/26/2023, they told me what size the concert slab would need to be and how they would anchor it when they came. Had it all ready then the bad weather set in and postponed the install. as soon as the weather changed the installers were there with in a week. Great job done for 20x20x8 closed sides carport on 11/12/22 in ********, **. Order taken over phone on 10/17/22. Crew drove all day from Gallop, NM. I was one of six jobs they were scheduled for that weekend. Crew arrived 8:30,, 4 guys started installing my carport around 9:00am, finished and site-cleaned by 12:30pm. Wonderful job done, all worked diligently without taking breaks for 3.5 hours, professional attitude displayed by crew, focused entirely on work product. I would hire these diligent workers again! The carport looks great. I purchased a 18x30 x9 tall. It took several weeks to get it installed. It was installed very well. leveled, no screws missing, all square. The installers were great. They installed in 3 hours and left nothing to pick up. Just have to have patience on schedule due to buildings are scheduled by how many are sold in your state. Didn't know that ahead of time. Great product at a reasonable price. I live in ******, NM and had a 12'x20' carport installed. Able and his coworker had the structure erected in under 4 hours. Great team work and very professional. Would highly recommend!
Had a carport installed in 2024-extremely disappointed. Had a carport installed in 2025-much better. In 2024-poor communication from sales associate on engineering timeline, construction and scheduling. Sales associate would not return phone calls or emails - until a Manager was ccd on calls and emails. Had a difficult time doing basic math on contract. In 2025-much better communication from all. I was lied to by ****** of **** buildings when I bought the barn. I was lied to by the city when I got the permit stamped. ****** said I didnt need a permit for the building. I got a permit anyways. ***** approved the building height and no concrete needed. The city made me take the barn down because of height and no footer and requires a variance. Variance didnt pass so I lost $22k. Very upset with company and city!!!! Lies, lies, lies! Stole my money!
My building is not square with my concrete pad, I have panels they failed to s**** down, panels that they missed the stud and now leaks water, self tapping screws all over my driveway and a hole in 1 of my car tires. They cut the leg off my existing car port to turn their truck around and just placed it back in it's spot without securing it.
