Great job done for 20x20x8 closed sides carport on 11/12/22 in ********, **. Order taken over phone on 10/17/22. Crew drove all day from Gallop, NM. I was one of six jobs they were scheduled for that weekend. Crew arrived 8:30,, 4 guys started installing my carport around 9:00am, finished and site-cleaned by 12:30pm. Wonderful job done, all worked diligently without taking breaks for 3.5 hours, professional attitude displayed by crew, focused entirely on work product. I would hire these diligent workers again! The carport looks great. I purchased a 18x30 x9 tall. It took several weeks to get it installed. It was installed very well. leveled, no screws missing, all square. The installers were great. They installed in 3 hours and left nothing to pick up. Just have to have patience on schedule due to buildings are scheduled by how many are sold in your state. Didn't know that ahead of time. Great product at a reasonable price. I live in ******, NM and had a 12'x20' carport installed. Able and his coworker had the structure erected in under 4 hours. Great team work and very professional. Would highly recommend!
Overall, VERY unhappy with their customer service. I bought a shed for my trailer 20 months ago. I bought the upgraded steel and upgraded storm anchors, and the thing is falling apart. They only used 1 s**** on the each support member, so the screws ripped through the steel *** this thing sways so badly, its damaged my trailer. They've done absolutely ZERO to.corrwct the problem, even AFTER I did them an additional $750 to come fix it. They've not scheduled the repair. The structure is very nice now that its here. Twice they made an appointment to come install my cover and did not show up. The first time they did not show I never received a phone call or any indication they were not coming. I actually had to call them to find out. This was after I had spent the day waiting instead of visiting my wife in the hospital. The next time I was given an install date of the next day and once again, no show, no call. Regarding Mr. ********* feedback, we acknowledge a lapse in communication concerning subcontractor delays. To address this, we provided a $200 discount as compensation for the inconvenience. On March 18th, we followed up with him to discuss his ****** review and seek any other resolution; however, Mr. ******** declined to amend his feedback we have taken all reasonable steps to rectify the situation.
We made a huge mistake with this company!! They're building generic prints are expired, out of compliance and not up to Code!! The city will not issue a permit until their prints are up to date and in compliance!!
I would select 0 stars if I could. The only good thing I have to say isnothing. They dont know who they contract out to build the sheds. There is no response and they tell you they will do something and you never hear from them again. I had a shed delivered and the installers completely vandalized my yard.
