I knew this product would be an awkward arrangement, ordering and all online and over the phone. The local rep was friendly. That’s how we got started. I didn’t want to spend an extra $15,000 and achieve the same sq. footage. However, this unit was overpriced based on value. So, it’s a toss up. I was disappointed in the local government permitting process as well. Because I wasn’t using one of their “preferred builders”, I felt we were given second class treatment. Four guys worked hard for 3 days; good crew who got the building up in great order. They just have to learn to make the rough openings a bit larger so the doors and windows fit in better. It is a nice and sturdy building; we are pleased.
