The quality of the unit is good. Had problems getting what my salesman told me I was getting. Used All Type Hydrolics in Bunker Hill, IL and wouldn’t recommend him. When I had problems he was no help. The only reason it finally got fixed was because I made a BBB complaint. Took American Steel installers 2 more times to get it right. All crews were Mexican and 2 crews were hard to understand and communicate with. I was going to buy and erect a building myself, but when I looked at the buildings from BEHR (sales rep) and saw their prices included delivery AND assembly, I was IN! I had a little difficulty getting a spec sheet so I could prepare my site. the file was too big for a direct e-mail, and they had to send it as an attachment. I had the site ready to go, but on delivery day, it was hours past the 2:00PM time before I was contacted by the crew. They had a vehicle problem. I had a 22x55 carport built on my prepared site. From ordering to final inspection American steel carports worked with me step by step. Answering every question that I had in a timely manner. The two installers were very professional and meticulous. Due to my fault I had built my base one foot to narrow . So I tried to correct it myself. Like the building but, the roof does not cover the trim completely on one side. There is a 2" overhang one side and a negative 1/2 inch on the other. I found at least 30 self tapping screws in my yard and driveway.

Delivery and installation on time. Excellent customer service. Installers worked well together and building installed in two days. Excellent workmanship.
Pre-sales pulled together a great plan. The installers were great. Hard working skilled installers got the job done even when I had put a pipe in the wrong spot, they solved the problem. Good quality and good value.
Absolutely 💯 professional team! I can’t say enough positive things about the team leader! Crew worked like a well oiled machine, hitting on all eight cylinders! Unfortunately I’m not at home to provide the team leads name.
