Contacted by the salesman and received excellent service. Then the scheduling person was very helpful and she went over the order and then scheduled the installation date and approximate time! The builders called and ask to come a day early because of an issue with a different customers site. The crew showed up on time and stayed there until the building was completely finished. They were awesome and very professional! I have and will continue to recommend your company! Thanks you, Denny Bales Altamont, il.
Saleman was great. Installers were fast and did good work. I have onlyb1 complaint and that's that they left sheet metal screws all over my driveway. To be fair it was dark when they finished the install up. Just picked up 50 screws over next 3 days.

Customer service was great, the staff was very helpful and easy to contact. The crews that actually did the work were very friendly and did a great job. American steel uses different businesses to promote and sell there products, the businesses selling the steel buildings should be trained better, giving the consumers more information on knowing what options are available when purchasing these buildings. With all that being said, I would definitely use American steel to build me another building.

Ana was a true professional and very knowledgeable. Assembly was very fast! Only issue is there is a front trim piece that was cut a little too short on one side and the anchor bolts push part of the sides out slightly in areas.
