It's a good experience. They always explain everything to you. You don't have to ask them. Basically they explain what what the interest rate you will wind up getting, how much you would have to pay out at the end. Anything basically that you ask them, they will give you your answer. They don't have hidden costs that you're going to have to pay them something, so they'll tell you what it is if you ask them. It's a good experience.
Derek is amazing and helpful. I'm now under much less stress. I appreciate that there is real help without a gimmick or strings attached.
