They have been great so far and very helpful
My experience has just begun with Americore. However, customer service was stellar in answering my questions and dealing with my concerns about my debt. When the call finished, I felt that I had been given enough information to understand the process and how I would see my future debt fee.
So far the process has been easy. We are only a couple weeks in, so there haven’t been any settlements yet. Everyone has been very helpful and easily accessible…which says a lot in a world where it’s often difficult to reach a human.
Initial consultation went much better than expected. Just getting started on the program, so not much to rate at this point.
