First impression I was pretty nervous but after 7 month into the program I got all my debt settled and now switched to credit9 to get my credit up right away!
So far so good, just have to get used to ignoring all the calls from the credit card companies. But Mr. Brandon S put my mind at ease by stating that I can just call them and tell them I’ve been working with a hardship program and that they will be reaching out to them, so it makes it much easier for my mental state. Was very helpful,and also very understanding of my situation,did not make me feel bad about my situation that I was not alone there are many people in my same situation,and there is help for me and they are there to help
Representative was very kind, informative and pleasant. Program was feasible. Unfortunately my husband gave me an option that would save me more money. If for some reason this doesn't work I would definitely call americor for assistance.
