Very efficient and gave information clearly.
The only thing I dislike is the frequency of calls, but I think that is only because they are having to get my approval on settlements. Once that is done it should slow down. I feel so relieved getting help fixing my credit. I want it to be good again. I never want to feel as helpless as I did prior to joining Americor again. They are working so far. It is still in the beginning stages, but I'm grateful.
I just signed up, we'll see how it goes. If I can, I will post an update in a few months. So my preliminary review is good due to Derek's professionalism and patience. However, my program starts in 2 weeks and I will judge when results start to show up.

I have had the best experience with Americor! Even though everything seemed daunting, I hung in there and completed the program. Roxanne was great! I was nervous to start the process of getting out of debt, and didn't think it would be possible for me. Roxanne explained everything I needed to do to get the ball rolling. Well, its rolling now and I'm on my way! I thought it would take forever to get out of debt, but Roxanne got me set up to be debt free in 48 months or less. It feels good to have a plan and it was easier than I thought. Thanks Roxanne and Americor!!!
