very helpful and a wealth of knowledge. They were able yo answer all my concerns and questions. I have had numberous follow up calls from Americor and their Lawyers. I truly dont feel left behind. Nothing is actually spelled out very well, not sure exactly what my status is at any given time, communication is poor and I feel like I'm in the dark half the time.

I like that they are working to help me with some debt relief. However the "process" for client contacts is atrocious, possibly as bad as dealing with collectors. I have multiple times spoken with someone about the process they follow to obtain reduced balances. Yet yesterday i was sent an email that I needed to make a "required" phone call for a "Strategy Call". As happens EVERY Time I call, I was on hold an excessive time and never spoke to anyone. The representatives are very helpful. You are notified right away about the progress to your accounts. If I have questions the customer service representative is there to help.
