I like how they do all the leg work involving the settlement of accounts. I dislike how they take fees from you for every thing they do. And they try to force you to drag out the length of the program. I was told it would take approximately 3 years. They just got a settlement offer for final card and they want me to go another 2 years. That’s so unprofessional. The overall experience has been ok. I didn't like that it took so long to get the first settlement, but now they have been coming pretty regularily. The only real complaint I have is they don't seem to be very responsive to emails, just receive a computer generated response with generally no followup. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with the progress so far
