I am pleased with the service I have been provided. I have been with Americor for 1 month and they already settled 1 of a few accounts I want to resolve. I am happy with the progress and changed to them because the other company did nothing for me after being with them for over 6 months.

I liked how I was treated as a human and not a failure. I had thing that stopped me from giving a 5 and that was I never received my welcome phone call 3 days after we set up the proposed plan. I had to reach out and talked to a person at client services. I just wish my agent could have called me instead. Liz and Jatie (my agent and manager respectively) were very helpful on the first contact and kadesha (sp) from client services were very friendly and helpful and are great assets to your team.
