I was unable to talk to the Americor department who manage clients with summons because of call volume. Other Americor departments were responsive and answered most issue
I am pleased with my overall experience with Americor. From the very beginning there has been contact with someone during this process. They help like they say they do, but you can always talk to someone. They do ask that you send them paperwork that your creditors send you.
Well it's been awhile since I have heard anything except the daily phonecalls from the bill collectors which is about 150 calls a day lol thing id I have no idea what you have accomplished would be nice to know
They are east to work with. Send reminders for monthly payments. Contact you as they get settlement offers for your approval. Keep you updated on your progress thru their app which is very easy to navigate. Customer Service is very responsive and helpful if you have questions or concerns.
I like the fact that I have a person that I can email if I have any questions.
Jessica was great to work with. I am receiving calls from Merrick and Avante, Is there anything you can do to stop them. Also Lending tree took a payment out this month?
I would honestly like to say it’s the best move I’ve made in a long time I was just about to file for chapter 7 and I’m so happy I didn’t my life has been a lot better since I’ve joined Americor I had several credit cards removed from my credit and my score is hiking up every month I’m so grateful and thank you Americor keep up the hard work
