Absolutely amazing experience! Everything was so clearly explained and all of my questions were exceptionally answered. I learned so much about credit that I never understood, and I could tell how much they cared about wanting to help me in my financial situation. I've been satisfied with what they told me and the advice that they had given me and how they explained how everything would work. The few people that I've talked with there have been very polite and they have offered me information that I needed and clarified any questions that I had and kind of took the fear away.

The only thing I dislike is the frequency of calls, but I think that is only because they are having to get my approval on settlements. Once that is done it should slow down. I feel so relieved getting help fixing my credit. I want it to be good again. I never want to feel as helpless as I did prior to joining Americor again. They are working so far. It is still in the beginning stages, but I'm grateful.
I just signed up, we'll see how it goes. If I can, I will post an update in a few months. So my preliminary review is good due to Derek's professionalism and patience. However, my program starts in 2 weeks and I will judge when results start to show up.
