So far, I think that Americor is doing their best, but I think they can do better. I follow the company on Facebook and they do reply to most of the comments. I just wish that they would check in with me more often. I am still nervous and insecure about my debt, but I feel that Americor was my best choice. I was with Debt Relief a few years ago and I didn't care for them, although I did have a personal rep who contacted me. I didn't feel that I had all the necessary information. I don't like that they worked on the higher balanced account 1st and all the collected money is going to that while the other accounts are just sitting with nothing happening and affecting my credit even more. After 7 months, I only have 1 settlement out of 10.
I feel that they should communicate more concerning the status of the loans being paid off.
