I appreciated the time the Americor Representative spent explaining to me the program. He went over the information, answered all my questions and was very patient and professional. When I signed up for the Americor program 5 months ago, I felt such a sense of relief. Now that I've had three settlement offers, I'm sensing Hope again.
The Americor program is a good model to get people out of large debt. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The program is explained well and staff are always ready to answer questions. The Face Book chat is great members get to read questions from others in the same situation. Members can ask any question on the Face Book chat and Americor staff respond as well as fellow members. Everyone is very encourage staff and members alike.

The only think I think needs to change is them to pay all your credit bills at once instead off pay like to at a time
