They understand that when you are trying to get back on your feet you might need the same information more than once. They work with you if re- scheduling a payment is needed and they have a great customer service team.
Zach, the representative, who assisted me in signing up was very pleasant to work with. He was extremely patient with me and was available to help me when I was ready to start my Americor journey to becoming debt free.
So far so good. My visit with Shelly was great. She seem to be very knowledgeable in what she was doing. She answered all my questions and she reached out and let me know she was ready to help in anyway if possible.. She just wanted to do the right thing. And it don't get any better than that!!
I was very pleased with the young man who helped me to understand the program.
