They've been great, very helpful, polite, pleasant, and informational. They explained the process really very clearly to me and keeps sending me updates and are just very informative. I was told that my credit score may go down, but I was not told that I would have to go months without Americor making payments on my accounts. I thought after I started making my monthly payment to Americor that my bills would be paid proptly. I was able to opt out of the program without any problems.
