It's been an easy, smooth experience. They explained everything real well and they followed up with me and they made it well understood what I was doing. They're already negotiating with lendors. So far it's been a smooth process and I'm really happy with it.

It's been really good so far in terms of organization and making sure that I feel comfortable with the company. If I got a call I didn't need to get, because I ended up getting a call back within 5 minutes of having a call already done, they were able to pull up on file that they'd already contacted me for the same issue and were able to resolve it.
I like the way they explain every thing to me
I always got quick responses. I never had to wait 24 hours, I think it had to be the same day response. It's been excellent. No complaints, better than what I expected.
