They made my experience from the start wonderful.
They seem to have everything under control and they helped me with whatever I need. Every time I've called they will answer all my questions and give me explicit information what I need to know and so very very helpful and very sweet when I talk to them. It has been very helpful, very informative and Vanessa was the one that got me taken care of and she was very very sweet and very knowledgeable and so all the other people I've talked to were very helpful as well.
So far, they've been sending me emails for tips and things like that, keeping communication, I believe in good communication when doing business. I appreciate that.
So far, there is nothing that I dislike. Things seem to be moving along smoothly. Once I can contribute more money to my situation, things will move faster.

Been on the program for six months and so far only settlement. Employees are very professional and courtesy is of the utmost. What I don’t like is once you enroll in the program. Basically you are on your own to fan off the Lender's. Sure the Employees will guide on how to respond to the Lender's. But the calls do keep on coming.
