The person I worked with was great. I would tell people looking for a debt relief company to go with Americor.
They were a little slow notification to my collectors about their handling my accounts
I'm new to their services and they have been informative and nice.
When I spoke to anyone they were always polite and professional. I Had problems with emails and phone calls going to spam. I was told that my credit score may go down, but I was not told that I would have to go months without Americor making payments on my accounts. I thought after I started making my monthly payment to Americor that my bills would be paid proptly. I was able to opt out of the program without any problems.
