Liked the way they worked with me on my debt
Early in my experience, but so far everything has gone just as planned all debt gone over placed I plan and every step of the process gone over , any questions you have there there to answer.
Excellent. Very good. Personable, well informed. Patient. Articulate. I can't say enough about them. Empathetic and a high level of expertise. I would recommend AmeriCorps immediately, to the exclusion of anyone else.
Americor was able to help me with everything with a fast manner. I would recommend them. The representatives were very helpful in every way. I would say that Americor is a great company, I am very pleased with them.
This was my second time with Americor. The first time the accounts for the process weren't fully completed and I wasn't aware of that so when I called back the person that I spoke with took time to get everything processed and completed to my knowledge.
Agents kept me informed via email with every transaction on a timely basis.
Everyone's been super nice. I think there were a couple things communication-wise that could have been smoother but other than that it's good.
They're very attentive, responsive and very knowledgeable and and help you out with any questions you have. So far it's been great, very easy to use and set up.
