I would refer people to Americor if they were in a jam. In the next year, I'll be in better shape financially. I was pleased with the the very first agent, Mr. Mark I. He was up front and he wanted to help me. I was kind of hesitant about the whole thing, and he explained to me that how much money I can I can save per month. And I signed up with them because I needed help. I've only been with them for about 3 weeks, and they already made a negotiation with one creditors. I was very surprised about that.

Anytime I have had a question, there's been people available to help and people that have reached out to me. It's just been a very smooth process, easy to understand and easy to get initiated. The lady I talked to was very helpful.

Their level of professionalism is superb. Each representative that I have interacted with has been poised, extremely friendly and understanding to my needs. The biggest thing for me though was my initial contact with Ish O, he listened to what I was looking for, answered every question I had and when I told I wasn't sure that I needed time to think about it he didn't push back too hard trying to get me into something I wasn't sure of at that moment.
