They make sure you understand what's going on. Good so far.
It was always easy to get a hold of somebody and they always explain everything going on. It was going to take over a year to get everything settled and it was going to cost a certain price and I paid a little bit more and it actually came in eight months and then the price was reduced. They used some of my money to pay off one of the cards that I had been paying rather than put that in the financing so they got it settled quickly. I got what I was expecting. They work good for me.
They made me feel like a human being, even though I'm going through some trouble. My rep was very friendly, very helpful, answered all my questions, explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything. Very professional.
All the information was provided to me and all my questions were answered by the representative. So far everything has been excellent.
That the people are friendly and helpful and if I kneed anything they are there to help anywhere they can I got I good loan to help pay off my debt and now I'm paying them back and if you had a question and need to talk to a person it was a person not a computer I liked that
