Everyone, from the first phone call to the last person I talked to was very professional and made sure I had all of my questions answered.
The lady was really good, Helen. She was really nice. She just kept me through the whole deal. I have no complaints against them. They're really good for me. They are the best company I talked to.
Although I ultimately decided not to go forward with the debt resolution plan, every Americor staff person I interacted with (at least 4) I give each five stars for professionalism, program knowledge, empathy & kindness. Mariam especially, (who handled my intake interview) I would give 10 stars if I could. She is a splendid human being and a great credit to Americor.
Been with the program for 5 months I have had 9 settlements and 15 more to go!
