I didn't feel they were very helpful. They were very friendly and I know they tried but they really didn't have the answers I was looking for. Everything was going really good up until yesterday, and it's not really Americor's fault, it's kind of sort of a combination of my bank and Americor. My bank account got all screwed up and I'm really wondering how I'm going to get it fixed.

They've never not answered the questions for me. Super nice. The first guy I was assigned to never called me back for my scheduled appointment so I called in and got another gentleman, his name is Jessie, and he was completely sweet and helped me every step of the way, answered all my questions even though I asked numerous times. Jessie has been good. They're always in contact with me.
They explain very well and very fast and solve the problem. Great customer service and very fast.
Americor does offer a quality product. They've helped me through all phases of the process. I didn't see any bad spaces to improve.
I've been with them for a month and they're very helpful, they're very knowledgeable they answer all my questions, and they were very up front with what they do. The customer service rep was very nice, she answered every question I had. I was very happy with the attention I got and the people that I've talked with so far.
Sometimes it takes a little long for them to get back to me, other than that they were pretty good. It's been pleasant and they've done everything they said they were going to do. Americor is a great option.
Americor has been very easy to work with and very helpful. They have also been accommodating when the situation needed it.
