It was okay. The person that I talked to was nice and very knowledgeable of his job.
Very nice, compassionate, and caring. She explained things very clearly and helps with concerns and makes me feel confident that I can get my life back on track. She is also very knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about my situation.
She went out of her way to give me multiple options. With my credit score being so low she worked for the best solution to fix my credit and give me the best option I needed to improve my credit.

They have made management of my finances easier
Everyone I worked with was friendly. However in the end I'm really not sure how much money they actually saved me. I feel like everything they negotiated down they made up with all the fees. But it was nice to have someone do all that for me so I didn't have too. The prices you pay I guess.
