They seem pretty promising. I just started with them, but as far as customer service and what they said they were going to do and what's happening, they're fulfilling what it is. They said exactly what they were going to do. I was on the phone with them for about 3 hours and the representative was very patient. He took the time to answer all my questions to the best ability that he could.
Processes and communication are easy to understand
They're excellent. They've been very good, very helpful. I would recommend anybody to them.
My representative has been really helpful and personable.
It was a much harder process than I originally thought it was going to be. They did keep in contact with me every month to let me know what was going on. In the end I still have the same if not more debt than I originally started with. I'm just paying someone else.
