It's a good company, they will hook up with you. They have handled my account well.
I have had a good experience. They have been really helpful in the process I'm going through. They go over every detail and they answered all the questions I have and if I don't understand they make it to where I can understand everything that you're talking about how the process is going to be working.

Definitely consider Americor, everything was handled easily online and they are very good about being in contact with the customers so they updated me every single part of the way and explained any questions in detail and they just made the whole process simple. They made it so I don't have to worry about collections or anything when it came to any of the accounts that they settled so I feel a sense of relief.
The representative went over the process of how the program worked. It was easy to get started; but at first I had my doubts because of all the letters I was getting from my accounts. The rep kept reminding me not to give up and just keep paying the monthly payment. After about 3 months I was approved for a loan to pay off my debt within 2 1/2 years. I'm glad I didn't give up.
Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly
It's been very positive, everybody's been very helpful and the program is working just exactly the way I expected it to. I've actually already seen an increase in my credit score as well because I've been making extra payments in the program. Only thing for me personally is that i am very new to this stuff and when i spoke with the sales rep he assured me i would get phone calls on updates and i have only had one phone call and i had to call first. I have a hard time remembering to do stuff and I liked the idea of weekly calls
