I didn't ever have to wonder what was going on, they always kept me updated. I already have recommended them. Working with them was a simple process.
The enrollment process was really simple and so is getting answers to all of my questions. Fingers crossed for my first settlement soon!
I found their services to be adequate. They definitely delivered as promised. I was really shocked when I saw how much I was paying in fees and how they added up. I also found Customer Service and the individuals that I work with to be 50-50 in regards to about half of them were pleasant and nice to work with the other half or not.
Americor reviewed my debt with me, then step by step my debtors were paid and my debt is consolidated with one monthly payment.

Everything has been pretty much flawless. It's been pretty easy working with them and they're very communicative and have helped me with my debt consolidation.
There is a client portal that has everything there and it is very organized and everything so far has been great. They are very pleasant. I've talked to several different people from the original person that I talked to the first day and everybody's extremely nice and helpful. They are definitely there to help us.
I haven't seen any reason not to trust them. I think they're doing fine. The gentleman I worked with was diligent, and made sure that I understood what was going on and followed through with any questions and contact information I needed. I haven't had any issues with them.
